Need to return a product?
To return a product to GEM OF THE NET, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting GEM OF THE NET. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

Return Policy

o GEM OF THE NET offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact GEM OF THE NET.

o Please contact us MON-FRI 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, at 213.622.6622 or e-mail us at Support@GOTN.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to GEM OF THE NET. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.

o All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

o Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; GEM OF THE NET will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).

o For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

o If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for GEM OF THE NET to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify GEM OF THE NET immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify GEM OF THE NET of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Support at 213.622.6622 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

o DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to GEM OF THE NET within 30 days from the invoice date, at GEM OF THE NET's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

o NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by GEM OF THE NET within 30 days from the invoice date, at GEM OF THE NET's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

GEM OF THE NET reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.

Software Return Policy
Only defective software can be returned to GEM OF THE NET. The return must take place within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced for the SAME software. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date.

NOTE: Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by GEM OF THE NET. Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 30 days for any reason.

Check payment policy
GEM OF THE NET will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders. GEM OF THE NET will accept personal or business checks up to $12,000 at our location, subject to verification. GEM OF THE NET will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

Credit Cards
GEM OF THE NET does not apply any surcharge for credit cards.
